This website is provided using services from HOSTINGER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.

Data received as part of an inquiry is deleted once communication has ended and there are no legal retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage.

4. Technical content

The playable Heart of Ash prototype is provided through this website as a Unity WebGL application. The Unity runtime may use technically required browser storage such as cache or IndexedDB to provide the game content that has been explicitly opened.

This technical storage is not used for advertising, profiling or user tracking.

Ay Trade loads public read-only data through the AyJunity subdomain status.ayjunity.com. When this data is requested, the technical access data described under “Hosting and server log files” may also be generated.

This website does not use analytics, profiling or marketing services. AyJunity does not use advertising or marketing cookies.

External services such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or Steam are only linked. AyJunity does not establish a connection to the respective provider until the corresponding link is actively opened.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of personal data.
